Job Description: Purchase Executive
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, products, and services.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with internal departments (stores, accounts, production, etc.).
Monitor stock levels and forecast future purchasing needs.
Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation.
