Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, ensure timely availability of materials, and maintain strong relationships with vendors. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials as per company requirements while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid project or production delays.
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, accounts, and stores.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is maintained.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and quality standards.
Handle vendor communications and resolve any supply-related issues.
Maintain and update procurement reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
