Purchase Executive

Job Profile: Data Procurement Executive: The Data Procurement Executive will be primarily responsible for data procurement activities. This role involves extensive fieldwork to identify, source, and execute effective procurement strategies for acquiring relevant datasets. The position requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to evolve with changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data procurement activities, with approximately 80% fieldwork and 20% office based work.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement the most effective methods for procuring high-quality datasets.

• Build and manage relationships with data sources, vendors, and stakeholders. Conduct on-ground coordination to ensure timely and accurate data acquisition.

• Maintain documentation and report procurement progress and challenges.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement efforts with project requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.

• Ability to think creatively and implement efficient procurement strategies.

• Basic understanding of data, operations, or procurement processes is a plus.

• Adaptable and performance-driven mindset.
