Job Responsibilities – Purchase & Tendering Executive
Handle vendor sourcing and obtain quotations from multiple suppliers
Prepare and compare quotations (RFQ analysis) to finalize the best vendor
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Prepare and review tender documents, bids, and proposals
Work on BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation
Analyze tender requirements and ensure all documents are complete
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors
Ensure procurement activities are within budget and cost-effective
Track order status and resolve any delivery or quality issues
Maintain proper documentation of purchase and tender records
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and project teams
Assist in invoice verification and payment follow-ups
