dentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing, quality, and delivery terms
Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements
Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production or operational delays
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams
Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, quality, logistics)
Handle cost-reduction initiatives and value engineering activities
