Job Title: Purchase Executive – Bag Line

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Description:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive – Bag Line who will be responsible for handling the procurement of raw materials required for bag manufacturing. The candidate should have good vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills to ensure timely availability of materials for smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of bag materials such as fabric, zippers, accessories, trims, and packaging materials.

• Identify and develop new vendors/suppliers for better pricing and quality.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.

• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to understand material requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock records.

• Verify invoices and maintain purchase-related documentation.

• Ensure quality standards of purchased materials are met.

• Track market trends for new materials and cost-effective sourcing options.

• Ensure timely deliveries to avoid production delays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in bag manufacturing/export industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel/ERP systems preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

As per industry standards / based on experience.
