Project Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement and coordination of project materials required for solar installation and project execution.

• Prepare installation plans and schedules based on project requirements.

• Coordinate with installers and installation teams for timely execution of projects.

• Allocate and coordinate manpower, materials, and resources required at the installation site.

• Follow up with installers regarding project progress, pending work, and completion timelines.

• Conduct quality checks (QC) of solar installations to ensure work is completed as per company standards.

• Identify installation issues, defects, or technical problems and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

• Prepare and maintain installation completion reports and other project-related documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, installers, internal teams, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Attend service calls and customer complaints, identify the issue, and coordinate/execute the required solution.

• Ensure service issues are resolved within the required timeline and maintain proper service records.

• Follow up on pending installation, service, material, and payment-related project requirements where required.

• Maintain proper records of project status, installation reports, QC reports, and service activities.

• Ensure projects are completed on time with proper quality and documentation.
