A Production Executive manages the daily operations of a manufacturing or media production team, overseeing schedules, budgets, and workflows to meet quality standards and deadlines. Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution: Create, manage, and execute production schedules (SOPs, BMR/BPR documentation) to meet targets while minimizing downtime.
Quality & Compliance: Implement quality control procedures, ensuring products meet specifications and safety standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, EHS).
Operational Optimization: Monitor production processes and machinery, utilizing resources effectively to reduce waste and reduce costs.
Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to ensure a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily/weekly reports on output, machine maintenance, and safety for management.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., procurement, engineering, quality control) to resolve issues swiftly.
