We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Coordinator who will manage and track ongoing processes . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between teams, tracking task progress, and following up to keep processes moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update process tracking data in Google Sheets
Monitor ongoing processes (e.g., purchase or operations workflows)
Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth execution
Follow up regularly on task status (completed / pending)
Identify delays and escalate or resolve issues
Ensure processes move forward to the next stage without bottlenecks
Keep data organized, accurate, and up to date
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Required Skills:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Attention to detail and organizational ability
