Process Associate / Back Office Executive / Computer Operator

Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula

Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for multiple roles including Process Associate, Back Office Documentation Executive, and Computer Operator. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who want to start or grow their career in customer support and office operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through voice or non-voice process (for Process Associate role).

Maintain and manage documentation and records (for Back Office role).

Perform data entry and system updates accurately (for Computer Operator role).

Follow company guidelines and ensure quality work standards.

Maintain proper communication with team members and supervisors.

Eligibility:

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Freshers are welcome.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Good communication and organizational skills preferred.

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA + Incentives
