Personal Assistant / System Intern

Job Summary•• VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic PA/Syt Intern to support our teams. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic automotive technology environment, contributing to various projects and learning from experienced professionals. Job Responsibilities•• • Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations. • Support the Syt (System) team with documentation, data entry, and basic analysis tasks. • Organize and maintain project files and databases. • Help in coordinating internal and external communication. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions. • Assist with research and information gathering as required. • Support logistics for team events or workshops. Job Qualifications•• • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. • Basic understanding of automotive industry or systems engineering concepts is a plus.
