Managing Director
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, documentation, and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth operations and efficient time management.
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Maintain files, records, and confidential information securely
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate with departments, vendors, and clients
Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
Manage expense reports and reimbursements
Assist with event planning and official meetings
Support day-to-day personal tasks as assigned by the executive
Manage reminders, priorities, and urgent requests
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Multitasking and problem-solving skills
Experience in hospitality / corporate / startup environment
Knowledge of basic HR or operations support
Familiarity with scheduling tools and digital communication platforms
Full-time | Flexible based on executive requirements
