Description

Coordinate admission and discharge processes for IPD patients.
Act as a point of contact for patients and attendants during hospitalization.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments for smooth patient care.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain patient records.
Assist in bed allocation and patient movement coordination.
Provide regular updates to patient relatives regarding required hospital procedures.
