Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Operations Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with clients regarding their pending payments for our wedding photography services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and a strong ability to handle payment negotiations professionally.

Job Role:

Call clients to remind them of pending payments.
Maintain records of payment status and follow-ups.
Answer client queries related to payments.
Ensure timely collections and escalate issues if needed.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of payments .
Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
