Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle backend operations for a 50  year old fire-fighting services and products business dealing with premium clients near Santragachi West Bengal. The role involves coordinating service schedules, maintaining documentation, supporting sales and service teams, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate installation and servicing of fire safety equipment.
Schedule site visits for technicians and track completion of jobs.
Maintain records of service reports, AMC contracts, and compliance documents.
Follow up with clients for service schedules and AMC renewals.
Manage inventory records of fire safety equipment and spare parts.
Support order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational data.
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
3-5 years experience in operations, service coordination, or admin role preferred.
Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Sal upto 18K
