Key Responsibilities:
Assist and learn the following -
• Oversee day-to-day operational processes for both in-house and third-party delivery across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution channels.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products reach customers on time and in optimal condition.
• Coordinate logistics, optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Monitor order fulfillment, inventory movement, and ensure quality when packing.
• Coordinare with suppliers, production, sales, and customer service teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, incidents, and identify and fix operational issues.
• Resolve delivery and operations issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and some knowledge of Tally would be handy.
• Some experience in food, beverage, manufacturing, or logistics operations (delivery etc).
• Proficient with porter etx, delivery tracking tools.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with food safety, quality assurance, and local compliance standards.

Salary Reference
• Freshers - •Without internship experience - 10k per month 6 month probation
• Experience
• •With min 1 year internship or 6 month experience working exp - 12k per month 6 month probation
• 1 year job experience and Good tally knowledge - to be discussed.
Work schedule
Mon- sat 9am-6pm.
Sunday off.
(18 paid leaves a year (after probation) + 10 mandatory leaves)
