We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate with 1–2 years of experience to support daily operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating design and printing tasks, managing vendors, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, quality checks, and timely delivery.

• Maintain records of inventory and usage.

• Identify and onboard reliable vendors.

• Negotiate pricing and payment terms.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain vendor database and performance records

• Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

• Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and internal programs.

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets.

• Track operational expenses and maintain documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company operational policies.

• Liaise with different departments for operational requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing system.

Desired Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in operations / admin / vendor coordination.

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• English proficiency.

Qualification :    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

Experience :    Minimum 1-2 Year.
