We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day loan operations, customer communication, follow-ups, collections, and field activities while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls regarding loan applications, documentation, and EMI reminders.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan processing.
Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners for smooth loan disbursement.
Manage customer records, update CRM, and maintain operational reports.
Send professional emails and maintain proper documentation.
Visit customers for document collection, verification, and payment collection whenever required.
Follow up on overdue EMIs and assist in loan collections.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Operations, Banking, Finance, Customer Service, or Collections.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
Strong follow-up, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
