Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers with a positive attitude
• Explain game options, pricing, and ongoing offers
• Manage bookings (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, online platforms)
• Coordinate schedules with game masters and ensure timely game sessions
• Handle billing, payments (UPI, cash, card), and receipts
• Upsell packages, group bookings, and special events
• Respond to customer inquiries (calls, messages, social media)
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
• Keep daily records of bookings and transactions
