Job Summary:
The Architecture & Construction Coordinator will work closely with senior management to oversee and coordinate ongoing architecture and construction projects across campuses and offices in India. The role involves tracking project progress, ensuring smooth execution of construction work, managing on-ground arrangements, and supporting innovation in classroom and office infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with senior management on architecture and construction activities.
2. Monitor progress of construction and architectural work across multiple locations.
3. Ensure smooth flow of construction work by managing site arrangements and logistics.
4. Liaise with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely execution.
5. Track project timelines and provide regular progress updates.
6. Support development of classrooms, offices, and infrastructure facilities.
7. Identify and suggest innovative construction ideas and improvements.
8. Assist in site visits, inspections, and quality checks.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of construction processes and architectural concepts.
3. Strong coordination and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
5. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
6. Prior experience in construction, architecture, or project coordination is preferred.
