Role & Responsibility:
Verify the authenticity of employment and educational documents by coordinating with HR departments, universities, and colleges
Collect, collate, and validate information through open-domain searches and internal databases for background verification purposes
Conduct employment and education verification as per defined processes and guidelines
Take regular follow-ups with concerned individuals or institutions to complete verification within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
Ensure strict adherence to process, quality standards, and timelines
Escalate cases requiring special attention or action to the respective Manager in a timely manner
Accurately capture and update verification details in internal systems
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the verification process
