About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Founding Operations Executive to work closely with the leadership team in driving business operations, client coordination, recruitment activities, intern management, and strategic growth initiatives.

This role offers hands-on exposure to startup operations, business strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership decision-making while contributing directly to the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, valuation firms, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring funnel management.

• Manage and coordinate interns, task allocations, and performance tracking.

• Assist in business operations, process improvements, and project execution.

• Conduct market research and prepare business insights to support strategic decisions.

• Work directly with management on growth initiatives, workforce planning, and business expansion activities.

Desired Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
