Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage employee concerns, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate should have experience handling a workforce of 150–200 employees and be comfortable interacting with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and respond to employee emails, ensuring proper communication and resolution of issues.
Coordinate regularly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and maintain strong working relationships.
Visit client locations as required to ensure operational efficiency and address on-ground concerns.
Interact with employees/resources at different locations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Monitor attendance, performance, and overall engagement of employees.
Handle employee grievances and ensure proper resolution in line with company policies.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, employee data, and client communications.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Admin, Payroll) for smooth operational support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
1–5 years of experience in operations, employee management, or client coordination.
Experience handling 150–200 employees/workforce is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
