Role Overview – Operations

We are hiring Graduate (Non-IT) freshers for the Operations team in Bangalore. The role involves backend travel operations, documentation processing, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process travel bookings (flights, hotels, visa, forex, insurance)

• Handle documentation and data verification

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

• Maintain MIS reports and operational records

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks

• Support issue resolution and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Non-IT) – Any stream

• Pass-out year: 2021 to 2025 only

• Freshers can apply

• Good spoken and written English

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Detail-oriented and organized

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month
