Operation Executive

We are looking for a Operations Executive to join our client QEWER a technology-driven B2B logistics company enabling businesses to manage last-mile, intracity and intercity deliveries at scale. We offer on-demand and scheduled delivery solutions for enterprise and hyperlocal logistics across ecommerce, retail, healthcare and manufacturing. Our platform is trusted by leading organizations including Swiggy Instamart, Bigbasket, Apollo pharmacy , Tata 1MG, Sweet Karam coffee etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Ensure the 2-wheeler riders’ availability is planned for the next day Ensure that 2-wheelerriders arrive at reporting location on time Ensure alternate arrangements are made if an assigned rider does not report in the reporting location Monitor the end-to-end delivery process – From the time the customer places the order to the time the end customer receives the order and all payments cleared. Plan and assign schedule orders Ensure SLA are met with no escalations from customers. Ensure that all CODs are paid back to the customer or Qwqer the same day Ensure that drivers are properly allocated to meet customer requirements, keeping a constant check on the driver’s productivity. Must have up-to-updated ground level information and must be willing to go on the field to conduct spot audits, meet riders and keep them updated on the driver app release, training requirements etc. Assist in sourcing and recruiting quality delivery executives and drivers by referral programs and field sourcing Ensure that all documents are checked and verified before onboarding a delivery executive. Timely information must be provided to the customer service team Interact with customers when required to address operational concerns, provide updates, and resolve delivery-related issues. Ensure all business is conducted in accordance with the company’s operational and safety procedures ensuring minimum risk to drivers and the business

QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Operations/customer service (logistics preferred) Good communication & problem-solving skills Basic MS Excel, Word & communication tools knowledge

Mandatory Skills:

Looking for an immediate joiner Male or female candidate can apply 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience in last mile / hyper local delivery operations either as an operations executive or Team Lead Must have good communication skill in Tamil and reasonable communication skill in English and Hindi Flexibility in shift timings.
