Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a mid-level Operations Executive to manage daily operations related to JAI Respi Educators. The role includes attendance tracking, coordination with doctors for OPD schedules, maintaining accurate data in Excel/Google Sheets and internal software, and timely reporting to management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor daily work activities of JAI Respi Educators
Track and verify daily attendance accurately
Maintain day-wise attendance records in Excel / Google Sheets
Cross-check attendance data before final submission
Share daily and weekly attendance reports with the reporting manager
Coordinate with doctors for OPD schedules
Prepare and update doctor-wise OPD lists in the software
Share updated doctor lists with JAI Respi Educators
Ensure all data entered in the software is accurate and up to date
Follow up with doctors and educators for confirmations and changes

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in operations / coordination role
