Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support and enhance operational efficiency and client delivery. This role involves data handling, report preparation, and coordination of field operations, working closely with senior management to ensure high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Coordination

• Act as a key link between senior management and operational teams

• Support the execution of ongoing projects and ensure smooth workflow

• Assist in setting up and managing regional field operations

2. Field Activity Management

• Coordinate and monitor the activities of field executives

• Ensure timely and accurate data collection from field surveys

• Oversee the execution of projects related to market research and compliance audits

3. Data Management & Analysis

• Compile, clean, and manage data received from field teams

• Analyze data to derive meaningful insights and trends

• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy before reporting

4. Reporting & Client Delivery

• Prepare detailed reports and presentation decks (MIS / client reports)

• Finalize data for client submissions

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of reports

5. Process Improvement

• Provide inputs for improving operational processes and workflows

• Enhance efficiency and quality in project execution

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks

• Preferred degrees: B.Com, BMS, BAF, BFM, BBA, B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. CS

Key Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Fluent verbal communication (knowledge of multiple languages preferred)

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
