Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience: 0-6 months
● Technical Proficiency: Strong command of data management tools, CRM systems and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
● Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a high-pressure environment where patient care is at stake.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with healthcare providers.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
The role will include but not limited to the following activities:
Vendor Management
● Vendor planning and coordination
● Vendor Onboarding
● Vendor delivery tracking and governance
Backend Operation Coordination
Direct Sales Coordination
● Coordination with Field sales team on onboarding, activation, and coordination with team
● Tracking daily onboarding, activations and sales for every team
● Reporting to management
● Sales, Revenue and Cost tracking
Onboarding Activities
● Validation and Verification of all Onboarded Doctors by various teams (Franchisee or Field Agencies)
● Verification calling to the Onboarded Doctors
● DM Alerts to the Onboarded Doctors for day-to-day posts and activities
Post sales activities
● DM Planning and Calendar share with Doctors
● Coordination and daily actions with Digital Marketing Vendor
● Ensuring Posts as per calendar
Downtime and Issues faced by Doctors
● Connect with Doctors on any query or ping within 5 minutes
● Resolve any query with Doctor within 15 minutes
● Any query or requirement which is not resolvable should be immediately escalated to relevant team and Manager
Digital Marketing Activities
● Coordination with DM teams (Spirals Health and Spirals Care) as per management instructions
● Keep track of work and actions by the teams
