Job Title: Operation Executive
Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary :-18k to 25k
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Handle basic accounting tasks including billing, invoice generation, and maintaining financial records.
Process customer orders, coordinate dispatch, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and update sales, accounts, and administrative data in Excel/Tally
Follow up on payments, customer inquiries, and order status
Support overall office workflow by ensuring smooth communication between departments
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally / Excel)
Good communication skills
Multitasking and time management ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Attention to detail and coordination skills
