About the Role

PIB Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented and motivated freshers to join our Back Office / Operations Team at our Andheri East office.

The selected candidates will support day-to-day insurance operations, documentation, data management, policy processing, MIS preparation and coordination with internal teams and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office and insurance operations.

• Enter and maintain customer and policy-related data accurately.

• Prepare and maintain policy documents and records.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and insurance company teams.

• Follow up for pending documents and required information.

• Prepare MIS reports and daily/weekly trackers.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation.

• Coordinate with insurance companies whenever required.

• Support policy issuance, endorsements and renewal-related activities.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

• Follow company processes and applicable IRDAI-related compliance requirements.

• Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates / postgraduates are welcome to apply.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to learn insurance products and processes.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

• Candidates from Mumbai and nearby locations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA / BMS / MBA or equivalent.

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year.

Industry: Insurance / Broking / Financial Services.
