We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com degree, strong knowledge of MS Excel, and a genuine interest in learning about the equity market and financial markets.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, work with financial data, and develop practical knowledge of equity market operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage data using MS Excel.

• Prepare reports, MIS, and data summaries on a regular basis.

• Perform data entry, data validation, and reconciliation with accuracy.

• Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and other advanced Excel functions.

• Learn and understand basic concepts of the equity market.

• Maintain proper records and documentation.

• Coordinate with team members for timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and business data.

• Take initiative to learn new processes and develop market knowledge.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com graduate

• Strong / Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Genuine interest in learning about the equity market and financial markets.

• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

• Freshers with strong Excel skills are welcome to apply.

Age Criteria

20–27 years

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, interview performance, and experience.
