Operation Executive

Position: Operations - Manager

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Must Have:

1) 0-3 experience in an operations role.

2) Should have worked with D2C food brand.

3) Must have experience in handling 3PL

4) Hands-on experience with EasyEcom (WMS) for order processing, inventory sync,

and reconciliation

5) Must have experience in handling Amazon/Shopify/Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart

6) Excellent Excel/google sheets skills.

Responsibilities:

1) Inventory Management - Will be responsible to manage inventory at the

3PL/Warehouse. Ensure that FIFO is maintained.

2) Inventory Prediction - Should be able to work with excel/google sheets and use it to

predict inventory and manage SKU wise stock availability.

3) Order management - Will be incharge of ensuring the team processes orders on

time and ensure that appointment deliveries are followed up daily. Handle and ensure

the 3PL partners ensure all b2c and b2b deliveries are dispatched on time.

4) Customer Escalations - Will be incharge of customer escalations which the

customer care team is unable to handle. Will be required to guide them to ensure that

custom query is solved on time. Maintain and track all customer queries.

5) Logistics Management - Will be required to work with the team to manage the

logistics partners and ensure on time delivery. Handle any escalations and resolve it

on time.

6) Cost Optimisation - Will be incharge of ensuring all operational costs are optimised

periodically to reach the required operational goals.

7) Vendor Management - Will be incharge of handling all vendors for purchase of

goods and ensure any issues are optimised effectively in a timely manner.
