Key Responsibilities
1 Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
2 Maintain rider database, booking records and tour participant details
3 Prepare trip documents (rooming list, rider list, permits data)
4 Coordinate with hotels, camps, transport vendors and bike vendors
5 Assist operations team in planning Ladakh & Spiti expeditions
6 Prepare invoices, payment records and booking confirmations
7 Verify documents submitted by riders (ID proofs, licenses, forms)
8 Share operational details with support and sales team before departures
9 Track upcoming departures and ensure readiness checklist completion
10 Maintain vendor contact database and follow-ups
11 Handle internal coordination between sales, client support and ground team

Candidate Requirements experience in operations / administration / backend / travel operations
2 Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email)

5 Travel industry experience is a plus (not mandatory)
