Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute day-to-day travel operations for individual and group bookings.
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Prepare and verify service vouchers, itineraries, and operational documents.
Monitor service quality and resolve on-ground issues promptly and professionally.
Support the sales team with operational feasibility checks and quotations when needed.
Maintain updated records of bookings, supplier contracts, and client preferences.
Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently.
Collaborate with accounts to ensure accurate billing and supplier payments.
Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures for operations.
Provide after-hours or emergency support to clients when required.
