JOB DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily airport ground and cargo-handling operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading cargo and operational materials.

• Shifting, movement and transportation of cargo within designated areas.

• Sorting, segregation, stacking and proper placement of cargo.

• Supporting the ground operations team in routine cargo-handling activities.

• Ensuring safe and careful handling of cargo during movement.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the assigned operational area.

• Following applicable safety, security and operational procedures.

• Coordinating effectively with supervisors and other team members.

• Reporting operational issues, damaged cargo or safety concerns to the concerned supervisor.

• Performing other operational responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

• Freshers are eligible to apply.

• Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable with ground-operation duties.

• Basic communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English will be preferred.

• Candidates should demonstrate punctuality, discipline, responsibility and teamwork.

• Valid identity and educational documents are required.
