About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. This role involves coordinating across teams, tracking tasks, managing office operations, and working closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.

• Track tasks, follow up with team members, and ensure timely completion.

• Manage office administration and operational records.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and documentation.

• Assist in creating and improving SOPs and internal processes.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations as required.

• Work closely with the Director on business priorities and execution.

Desired Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Administration, HR Operations, or Business Coordination.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

• Self-driven, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
