We are looking for a responsible and experienced Team Leader – Operations to manage daily transportation operations, supervise the operations team, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the daily operations team and allocate tasks.
Coordinate vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, tracking, and delivery.
Handle customers, transporters, and drivers for smooth operations.
Monitor delayed/critical shipments and resolve operational issues.
Manage transporter/vendor relationships and support new vendor onboarding.
Ensure proper documentation, POD collection, and MIS reporting.
Monitor operational costs and improve efficiency.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Experience in team handling is preferred.
Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and transportation operations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities effectively.
