बैक ऑफिस ऑपरेशन एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Operations Executive to streamline daily operational workflows, manage vehicle listings, support customer onboarding, and coordinate between buyers, sellers, and financing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing & Inventory Management: Oversee and verify used vehicle listings on the platform, ensuring accurate details, images, and pricing.

• Customer & Lead Support: Handle incoming queries from vehicle buyers and sellers, coordinating vehicle inspections, test drives, and document collection.

• Loan & Insurance Coordination: Coordinate with bank partners, DSA leads, and customers to collect documentation for vehicle loan processing and insurance renewals.

• Field & Team Coordination: Track field executives/inspectors, ensure timely completion of vehicle evaluation tasks, and maintain daily activity logs.

• Database & Vendor Management: Maintain operational records on CRM/Excel, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with local dealers or channel partners.

• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest quick solutions to improve customer turnaround time.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of operational or back-office experience (Automobile, Logistics, or Used Vehicle industry experience is highly preferred; Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

• Education: Graduate in Any Stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.Tech, or equivalent).

• Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools; good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

• Attributes: Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
