Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations & Customer Relationship Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our growing healthy snacks business. The candidate will work remotely and coordinate customer orders, follow-ups, invoicing, inventory records, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
- Follow up with new and existing customers.
- Generate invoices and maintain records digitally
- Update daily order and delivery records.
- Maintain customer database and order history.
- Track inventory and packaging stock.
- Coordinate with management regarding dispatches and deliveries.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage repeat orders.
- Prepare daily reports of inquiries, orders, and payments.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujrati prefered)
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Experience in customer support, operations, or administration preferred.
- Laptop, Smartphone and internet connection required.
Working Hours
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
