Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with team members to achieve daily targets via calling.
Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis using MS Office tools like Excel.
Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential clients.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain accurate records in Excel sheets.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel sheet preparation for report generation.
Strong coordination skills for effective teamwork and client communication.
Ability to generate leads through telecalling and follow up effectively.
0-2 years of experience in BPO or operations related field (freshers welcome).
