Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, vendors, and clients.

• Maintain project trackers, operational records, and status reports.

• Prepare quotations, BOQs, purchase orders, work orders, and other project documents.

• Follow up on project timelines, material deliveries, and pending tasks.

• Manage documentation related to projects, billing, invoices, and contracts.

• Update and maintain MIS reports, Excel trackers, and operational dashboards.

• Schedule meetings and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

• Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Procurement, and Project teams as required.

• Ensure timely collection and submission of project-related documents.

• Handle email correspondence and official communications.

• Maintain accurate records and proper filing of all operational documents.
