🔹Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Operations Executive / Studio Manager to manage the complete backend and operations of our wedding photography company. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with clients, editors, photographers, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all projects.

🔹Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

Handle client communication (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups).

Collect event details, album preferences, and delivery requirements.

Manage client feedback and ensure timely responses.

Project & Production Management

Assign work to editors, designers, and photographers.

Track editing, album design, and final delivery status.

Ensure all deadlines are maintained.

Maintain data (raw footage, backups, final files).

Team Coordination

Create shoot schedules and assign photographers/videographers.

Ensure team arrives on time with proper equipment.

Coordinate with external vendors (album printers, editors, etc.).

Office & Operations Management

Maintain project records and daily workflow.

Track payments, pending amounts, and delivery status.

Report daily progress to the company owner.

🔹Requirements

Strong communication skills (English/Hindi).

Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Drive, Excel, and basic computer operations.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects.

Problem-solving attitude and leadership qualities.
