Company is an Indian engineering company founded in 1993 that specializes in heavy machinery maintenance, spare parts, and service solutions for mining, construction, power generation, steel, cement, and railways.

Location :: Sector 59, HUDA, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Haryana

Job Vacancy – Back Office Assistant / Office Support

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and calibre.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week. Weekly off will be decided by the Reporting Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain proper filing, documentation and systematic office records.

• Prepare and maintain daily staff attendance and monitoring reports.

• Perform data entry, update Excel sheets and maintain records on the computer.

• Draft, send and respond to routine emails in proper English.

• Coordinate regularly with vendors, suppliers and transporters over telephone and email regarding material availability, dispatches, deliveries and pending requirements.

• Follow up with vendors and transporters to ensure timely execution of assigned work.

• Assist management with administrative work, reporting and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with office and workshop staff for daily operational requirements.

• Undertake local office errands and official visits whenever required. Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Candidate Requirements

• Good command of written English, with accurate typing and email drafting skills.

• Good, neat and legible handwriting for maintaining physical records and documents.

• Good telephone communication and coordination skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer operations.

• Hardworking, disciplined, honest, punctual and willing to take responsibility.

• Candidates residing in Faridabad/Ballabhgarh will be preferred.

• Knowledge of spoken Tamil or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to undertake both desk-based administrative work and outside office errands.

• Must maintain professional conduct and comply with company workplace policies regarding tobacco and alcohol.
