We’re looking for an Operations Executive (Generalist) to help us run and improve daily operations across logistics, refurbishment, inventory, and on-ground execution.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment. Responsibilities will evolve as the business grows. You’ll be expected to pick things up quickly, work with multiple teams, and take ownership of outcomes—not just tasks..
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations across multiple functions.
Coordinate with on-ground teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Help ensure things move on time and issues get resolved.
Track basic data and keep operations running smoothly.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or breakdowns—and help fix them.
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience (or equivalent hands-on exposure).
Basic working knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
Clear communication and strong follow-up habits.
High ownership, reliability, and learning mindset.
