Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end operations for domestic tour packages including Char Dham, Kashmir, Spiti Valley, Manali, Ladakh, and other destinations.
Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, permits, and other travel arrangements.
Confirm services with vendors, hotels, drivers, and local partners.
Prepare and share itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents with customers.
Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking confirmation until tour completion.
Maintain regular communication with clients during the trip and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding booking details, payments, and special requirements.
Track booking status, rooming lists, vehicle details, and service confirmations.
Maintain operational records in Excel/CRM and prepare daily reports.
Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling professionally.
