Operation Executive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international packages.

• Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, hotels, airlines, and transport vendors.

• Process hotel bookings, flight bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and visa documentation support.

• Ensure timely confirmations and accurate booking entries in CRM.

• Maintain cost sheets and ensure profitability alignment as per sales commitment.

• Manage amendments, cancellations, and operational escalations efficiently.

• Cross-check vouchers, invoices, and travel documents before client dispatch.

• Coordinate internally with Sales & Accounts teams for smooth execution.

• Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system.

• Ensure service quality and client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Operations (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of domestic & international travel booking processes.

• Experience in handling suppliers, DMC coordination & costing structure.

• Good understanding of itinerary planning and execution workflow.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and travel portals.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

• 5.5 Days Working

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: Half Day

• Weekly Off: Sunday
