Operation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services and handle customer queries effectively.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to company scripts and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & listening).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English (additional regional languages preferred).
