About Faithful Finance Services

Faithful Finance Services is a financial services company specializing in Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP). We are looking for a responsible and efficient Operator Executive to manage day-to-day operational and backend activities and ensure smooth coordination within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational and backend activities efficiently.

• Maintain and update customer and application records.

• Enter, verify, and manage data accurately in company systems.

• Coordinate with sales, telecalling, backend, and management teams.

• Follow up on loan files and ensure required information/documents are updated.

• Prepare daily reports, MIS, and operational records.

• Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams whenever required.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of loan-related records.

• Identify discrepancies in data/documents and report them to the concerned team.

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of assigned tasks.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong data-entry and record-management skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Basic understanding of loan/finance processes will be an advantage.

• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work in a team.

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in finance, banking, loan processing, backend operations, or data management will be preferred.
