We are looking for a data-driven Media Buying Executive (SEM Specialist) to manage and scale our Google Search campaigns. If you are passionate about performance marketing, love working with data, and can turn search intent into measurable conversions, we’d love to connect with you!

🔍 Candidate Profile Summary
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and a strong understanding of campaign optimization. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a curiosity for consumer behaviour.

💡 Core Competencies
• Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads UI and Google Ads Editor
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data via Excel/Google Sheets to identify performance gaps
• Ad Copywriting: Skilled in writing concise, high-performing ad copies within character limits
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a plus
📊 Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Setup: End-to-end management including keyword research, ad structuring, and asset creation
• Optimization: Daily bid adjustments, search term audits, and negative keyword implementation
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily spend, budgets, and ensure CPA/ROAS targets are met
• Reporting: Share weekly performance insights with actionable recommendations (beyond just data)
