Dinty Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in handling customer queries, generating business leads, hiring drivers, and supporting basic accounts-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Generate new business leads through calls, follow-ups, and coordination
Manage driver hiring, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain proper communication with drivers and ensure smooth operations
Assist in basic accounting tasks such as record keeping, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain daily reports and operational data

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
